Offered in partnership with Course4Teachers and grounded in the research and scholarship of Tamra Simpson and Valery Dragon, this 40-hour self-paced certification course invites educators, leaders, coaches, consultants, and systems changemakers to explore new approaches to creating more responsive, equitable, and sustainable organizations.

 

Through the innovative frameworks of Contextually Responsive Intersectional Systems (CRIS), Contextually Responsive Intersectional Analysis (CRIA), and Contextually Responsive Intersectional Leadership (CRIL), participants will examine how context, identity, lived experience, and organizational conditions shape outcomes—and develop practical strategies to lead meaningful and lasting change.

 

Through interactive learning experiences, reflective application, curated multimedia resources, and workplace-based inquiry, participants will strengthen their ability to identify root causes, redesign systems responsively, and sustain transformation over time.
