PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING
Transformation and change can be difficult. However, change can be even harder if we feel unsupported and uncertain. LEAD works closely with districts and sites to ensure we make teachers, coaches, and principals feel confident, empowered and refined.
Whether you are looking to roll out a K-2 Literacy Initiative, implement educational resources, project-based learning, or makers-spaces the goal is the same: Empower students. New initiatives stacked on top of dated educational cultures, creates overwhelmed and exhausted teachers and leaders. LEAD works to clarify your vision and align your efforts.
PARENT & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Here at LEAD, we understand the importance of providing educational support to a diverse community of parents. We work to train administrators, certificated, and classified staff members in cultural competency to ensure they are making meaningful connections with the community.
